Updating your account information - current members

Membership of the Menzies Research Centre (MRC) renews automatically, with payments deducted on a recurring monthly or yearly basis.

If you became a member of the MRC on or after 15 August 2025:

You can update your contact information, update your payment details, view payment history, change your membership level, or cancel your plan by clicking on the Payment Portal button below.

If you became a member of the MRC before 15 August 2025:

And you are on either a monthly or bi-annual ongoing payment plan, you can update your payment details or cancel your membership by clicking here

Members who have previously signed up to a one-time 12-month subscription on or before 15 August 2025 have the option of renewing their membership on a recurring (ongoing) basis once their subscription expires. Click here to sign up to a recurring monthly or yearly membership
